GREAT JOB, NICOLE W. …

A MOST FAIR AND BALANCED INTERVIEW…

THE PROBLEM IS CLEARLY "THE PEOPLE"; THEY'RE SIMPLY NOT THAT BRIGHT

WHEN IGNORANT PEOPLE CHOSE A

SCHOOL-YARD BULLY, THIS

SPEAKS VOLUMES

ON A RATHER PERSONAL NOTE, MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE MADE OUR INTENTIONS EXTRAORDINARILY CLEAR:
It matters not whether we are dealing with family, friends or mere acquaintances: those members who chose to cast their vote for Trump this November will no longer be welcome in our home. PERIOD.
Furthermore, we'll hold you in shame. It would be better to just stay home.

A TRIBUTE TO "CRAB-CAKES"

BUT YOU CAN'T!!
'CUZ IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!!!

Cancer Sun: what it means
They are emotional! The main problem for them is to remember not to let the powerful, turbulent emotions of the moment crowd out their normally rational judgment. Their intuitions are reliable and should be trusted. They are generally gifted with strong imaginations, and it is very easy for them to become excellent artists, writers, composers, or musicians. At heart they are romantic and of a very loving and affectionate disposition.

With the Moon in the vibrant sign of Aries, you are likely to have a pronounced need for independence, as well as an assertive streak.

Both Cancer and Aries are “cardinal” signs which means they each like to initiate things albeit in very different ways. Cancer Sun likes to initiate when it comes to feeding the emotions, Aries Moon likes to initiate when it comes to starting the fights. Cancer is the most maternal sign but also the most 'moody'. Aries is the most enthusiastic but also the most combative. Pair the two together [sun/moon] and you get a very combustible emotional ecosystem, one that alternates between scalding hot and soothingly warm. Fill a cast iron pot with the feminine emotionality of Cancerian water, heat it with the masculine bravado of Aries fire and the result can be likened to a steam powered locomotive barreling down the tracks at full speed, whistles and horns blasting all the way.

MORE ABOUT the Moon in Aries:

This is a particularly sizzling placement of the moon. Nothing in life quite happens soon enough for folks with this lunar position. There is an inherent impatience with getting what they want. Life is a series of 'emergencies' for Lunar Ariens. They live in the moment and have a hard time waiting for things to take place.  Even if the Sun or rising sign is more 'low-key', Moon in Aries people possess inner passion and fire. Split second whims and emotional issues can take absolute precedence in their lives--there is simply no other way for them [to act] when it comes to "dealing with the feelings". And, dealing with new sentiments and needs stirs up a huge desire for activity. To put it succinctly: Moon in Aries folks have to  act out their needs. It is difficult for them to see the view long-term and calmly wait for things to simply fall into place… THEY desire Instant gratification.

And there's also the reality of the Leo ascendant when you entered this world on 6-24-1992:

When all is said and done…

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
RYAN CHRISTOPHER!!

HAIL ! HAIL !

     HAIL TO "OUR" VICTOR!

What is Success?

To laugh often and much;

To win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;

To earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;

To appreciate beauty;
To find the best in others;

To leave the world a bit better, whether by
a healthy child, a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;

To know even one life has breathed
easier because you have lived…

This is to have succeeded.

Written by Bessie Stanley 1905  (though erroneously attributed to R.W. Emerson at times)

I asked the professors who teach the meaning of life to tell
me what is 'HAPPINESS'…
And I went to famous executives who boss the work of
thousands of men.
They all shook their heads and gave me a smile as though
I was trying to fool with them.
And then one Sunday afternoon, I wandered out along
the Des Plaines river,

and I saw a crowd of Hungarians under the trees with

their women and children…

and a keg of beer… and an
accordion.

A Creed to Live By
By Anonymous

Don't undermine your worth by comparing
yourself with others,
It is because we are different that each
of us is special.

Don't set your goals by what other people
deem important,
Only you know what is best for you.
Don't take for granted the things closest
to your heart

Cling to that as you would your life, for without
them life is meaningless.
Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living
in the past or the future.
By living your life one day at a time, you live all the
days of your life.

Don't give up when you still have something to give
Nothing is really over … until the moment
you stop trying.
Don't be afraid to admit that you are less
than perfect,
It is the fragile thread that binds us to each other.

Don't be afraid to encounter risks,
It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.
Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's
impossible to find.
Don't dismiss your Dreams. To be without
dreams is to be without hope.
To be without hope is to be without purpose.

Don't run through life so fast that you forget
where you've been,
But also know where you're going.
Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored
every step of the way.

So it's 'goodbye' to Michigan [for now] and
a warm 'hello' to WSU Medical School [very soon].

Nonetheless, Hail to our Victor!!!!

THERE ARE SUCH STUPID CLOWNS AMONG US!

Military dictatorship is born from the power of the gun, and so it undermines the concept of the rule of law and gives birth to a culture of might, a culture of weapons, violence and intolerance.
           Benazir Bhutto

Remember… Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, signifies in the final sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed.
 Dwight D. Eisenhower

Force and mind are opposites; morality ends where a gun begins.
 Ayn Rand

Blood Brothers

Yet, true and noble power is held by the person who possesses the largest bookshelf, or has the best mind, not the biggest gun cabinet or thickest wallet.
