THESE DAYS: SO TRUE, SO TRUE...

The collective manifestations of insanity that [unfortunately] influence the 'human condition' also make up a large part of our human history...

Moreover, if the history of humanity is closely scrutinized, the following diagnoses would surely fit: chronic paranoid delusions, malignant-type narcissistic personality disorder, and violent sociopathy.

The evil 'triumvirate' of fear, greed and a love of power gives rise to tribalism, violence and subsequent warfare...

Driven by greed as well as blind to their connectedness to the "whole of humanity", certain individuals will persist in poisoning our rivers, oceans and air...yet, if continued unchecked, such behavior can only result in their own destruction...

Is this really what they want ?????

WELL, T.S. ELIOT WAS EVIDENTLY RIGHT ! [THOUGH EDNA HAS A DIFFERENT TAKE]...

April is the cruelest month...

April is the cruelest month, breeding lilacs out of the dead land, mixing memory and desire, stirring dull roots with spring rain.”  T.S. Eliot, The Waste Land.

April this year, not otherwise

Than April of a year ago

Is full of whispers, full of sighs,

Dazzling mud and dingy snow;

Hepaticas that pleased you so

Are here again, and butterflies.

—Edna St. Vincent Millay, “Song of a Second April”

'3M' as more than just a company name:

AND

MINDFULNESS...

IT'S A FIVE SYLLABLE WORD

o·le·ag·i·nous

/ˌōlēˈajənəs/

adjective

1. rich in, covered with, or producing oil; oily or greasy.

"fabrics would quickly become filthy in this oleaginous kingdom"

2. exaggeratedly and distastefully complimentary; obsequious.

"candidates made the usual oleaginous speeches in the debate"

Reminds me of this nefarious guy...

His ridiculous comments today (i.e., about guns) truly put him on par with crazy Sidney Powell...
